Returns / Exchange Policy 

We hope that you love your purchase from Wildest Dreams Flowers, however, If that's not the case please contact us.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on all unused non perishable items within 7 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags. 

If you have ordered fresh Perishables items (Flower Bouquet) please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

What is the return or exchange process?

Other Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed once we have received your item. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Return costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is on average 2- 3 days.
(please note is so we can order in the best fresh flowers for you order and this turn around time is normally quicker)
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
